Estimates & process
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Just stop in during business hours — Scott or Dan will look at the damage and write up a free estimate while you wait. No appointment needed.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. Estimates at Bubloni Collision Center are always free, with no obligation and no pressure.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and parts availability. Minor work can be a day or two; larger collision repairs take longer. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted along the way.
Insurance
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes — we work with all insurance companies and handle the claim paperwork and the adjuster for you, so the process is as easy as possible.
Can I choose my own body shop, or do I have to use the one my insurer recommends?
You have the legal right to choose your own repair shop. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific shop — the choice is always yours, and you can choose Bubloni Collision Center.
Repairs
Do you do frame and structural repair?
Yes. We use computerized frame measuring and straightening equipment to bring your vehicle back to factory specifications so it is safe and true again.
Will the paint match my vehicle?
Yes. We use computer color-matching to blend the new finish into your factory color so the repair is invisible.
Do you fix deer-strike damage?
Absolutely — deer collisions are one of the most common repairs we see in the U.P. We handle deer-strike damage from start to finish, including the insurance claim, and get your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Our repairs are backed by a lifetime workmanship guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.
Hours, location & logistics
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We're at 1236 Prospect Ave, Iron Mountain, MI 49801. We're open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central, and closed weekends.
Do you help with towing or rentals?
Give us a call at (906) 774-5120 and we will point you in the right direction for towing, and help you coordinate a rental through your insurance where it applies.
